Early Learn Program

Children who learn early are more likely to succeed academically, graduate from high school and become part of the workforce. Early childhood programs play a critical role in supporting young children’s development, learning, and preparation for both school and life success. Early care and education programs foster children’s healthy and positive cognitive, physical, social and emotional development. EHBN is committed to ensuring that New York City’s young children have positive early learning experiences.
